✔︎ Your First Call or Website Visit.
Whether you call in and speak to one of our team members or you submit an online estimate request, we will gather your information and then one of our estimators will make an appointment with you for an on-site visit.
✔︎ The On-Site Visit.
An experienced Roofing by Design estimator will visit you at your home or business. They will schedule a convenient time to evaluate your existing roof’s condition and discuss repair or replacement options. Your estimator will give you recommendations on what scope of work is needed (if any) and the steps to complete the work. RBD estimators are knowledgable and experienced. Skillful measurements and inspections are essential for implementing the right roof system for you at a price that fits your needs and your pocketbook.
✔︎ Our Proposal.
After a careful roof walk at your on-site visit, your estimator will prepare a roofing proposal which will include their findings and what they recommend as a solution. The scope of work, materials, warranties and process will be outlined and the costs included. We`ll walk you through any questions you might have.
✔︎ Project Approval.
Once your proposal is approved and signed, we then schedule your project start date and, depending on weather forecasts, your anticipated delivery of materials. If necessary, we also contact the Building Department in your area to obtain any permits and schedule required inspections.
✔︎ Your Project Starts.
With the necessary safeguards to protect your home and property complete, we carefully remove your old roof. During this time we will inspect the roof deck and look for things like dry rot or termite damage and inform you of our findings.
✔︎ Your Project Installation.
Our skilled craftsmen will install your new roof system using the finest materials and thorough attention to detail that Roofing by Design is known for. Once the roof installation is complete, we never leave until the grounds are clean and your property is in its original condition as if it were our own.
✔︎ The Completion of your Project.
When your new roof is completed, we will contact you to set up a time for a final walk-through. During this time, we will check the roof for efficiency and our standards of excellence. We will also discuss your warranties, your final bill, maintenance tips for your new roof and, lastly, make sure that you are 100% Satisfied as a Roofing by Design customer.
