Just like your car, your roof should be checked and serviced at least once a year. Think of it as when you purchased a new car and knew you had a warranty to go with it. But, you still needed to regularly maintenance your car with new tires or an oil change. It’s the same thing with a roof, especially if it is an older home. Just like in life, as we get older we need to take better care of ourselves and some of our roofs that protect everything inside our homes need the same care and maintenance, also.

Starting at $275, we will come out to inspect and “tune-up” your roof. We will inform you of any issues and future concerns. While there, the following work will be completed as it applies specifically to your home:
- Clean all gutters and downspouts
- Clean roof of leaves and debris
- Check all chimney flashings
- Check all wall flashings
- Check all skylight flashings
- Check all valley flashings
- Re-seal all flashings
- Check for damage caused by weather, animals, or other acts of nature
- Provide you with a complete roof inspection report
This Prevenative Roof Maintenance Program is great for homes that are 5 years old or older. You might ask, “Why 5 year old homes?” Unfortunately, a lot of our newer homes in Nashville and Middle Tennessee have had their roofs installed by “back of the truck, cheap labor” roofing companies that subcontract their work out to a “roof labor” crew. Therefore, quality of workmanship and integrity of roofs have been compromised.
