PROJECT OVERVIEW

Project consisted of tearing off concrete tile, flashing and felts. Replacing it with a 85-lb versa-base underlayment. Installing new 16-ounce Copper flashings in valleys and chimneys. To resemble the charm of the previous roof we installed Eagle Ponderosa concrete tile.
