What is your process to receive a estimate?
We provide FREE estimates on-the-spot or under a negotiated timeframe for larger projects. Most of our measuring is done through drone and technology and should not take longer than an hour once our estimator arrives.
How many bids do you recommend getting?
We recommend at the minimum 2 and no more than 3. This helps see what other companies offer along with each of their competitive prices.
How long does it take for the roof to be installed?
These are great roofing questions. With weather permitting and the size, pitch, and roof cuts, a small to medium size house can take 1 - 3 days. Larger homes can take a week or more.
Do you have your own crews?
One thing we have prided ourself on since 2004 is using our own roofers. They are highly-trained and qualified by our in-house facility trainer and meet monthly for any current training and assessments to make our installation pristine and accurate.
What material should I choose for my new roof?
Shingles and metal roofs make up 90% of the market in Middle Tennessee. About 10% make up Tile and Slate roofs in Nashville and Williamson County
